It isn't much like DragonDictate, but "Voice Activated Commands" promises to let you assign voice commands to keyboard shortcuts in any program in Windows XP or Vista. Might be a good stopggap measure for someone who can use NaturallySpeaking to dictate but can't manage commands. Has anyone tried it?
