Anyone know of or using a telephone which can be operated totally hands free by voice? I came across this product by ABLE-PHONE (website at http://www.ablephone.com/) model AP 100 VCS and it looks okay but a bit expensive at $579. If anyone is using it, can you please provide some feedback on it? Or are there other alternatives to consider?
Thanks,

Hey Victor,
I don't know anything about that model of phone, sorry. It looks good, but I see what you mean about the cost. I hope they start coming down in price soon, now that the technology is becoming more widespread.
Have you tried any of the phone dialer programs out there? I sometimes use a program called Phone Plus. It works fairly well with DragonDictate, except I find the person I'm calling usually can't hear me very well at first. I get hung up on occasionally, but usually my voice will start to fade in before the other party gives up. If you can live with that, you can find it at:

Thanks for the Phone Plus suggestion, Michelle but I am on DSL and do not have a voice modem. I would prefer a stand alone phone rather than something which have to work in conjunction with the computer. That way, I don't have to be near the PC to make and receive calls.
Thanks again,
